I'm currently accepting new clients, both organizations and individuals.

I help people and organizations get unstuck on the work that matters to them. Together, we find clarity on what they actually want, what's actually in the way, and what they need to move forward.

In my experience, for both organizations and individuals, the obstacles to clarity and forward motion are often feelings, beliefs, or patterns that take some introspection to understand and move through. So my process often involves some inner work – to get to the effectiveness, you have to go through the feelings.

For organizations

I work with mission-driven organizations who are committed to letting their missions actually drive their work – mostly small and startup nonprofits – on growth, strategy, and fundraising.

You could think of what I do as chief-of-staff-style support with a feelings-oriented bent: I serve as thought partner, accountability friend, and occasional inner-work facilitator to help leadership pursue their mission with more clarity and less friction.

When needed, I provide more hands-on help with writing, systems, human-centered AI workflows, fundraising strategy, or something else. We can explore which of these might be helpful to you. Regardless, the foundation is always facilitation and deep listening, and the goal is for the client to need me less over time.

"If Leo had quintupled his rate, the ROI would still have been fantastic."
– Dr. Tucker Peck, founder and treasurer, Open Dharma Foundation
"Leo is something of a secret weapon. He naturally becomes a trusted collaborator. He asks incisive questions that clarify the path and rolls up his sleeves to help make it happen."
– Milo North Burn, founder and lead teacher, Boundless Refuge

For individuals

I facilitate 1:1 sessions as part of Attention Copilot, helping people access states of flow and untangle knots of procrastination, avoidance, or inner conflict around work. It's somewhere between executive coaching, emotional processing, and meditation integration. You can book a session with me here.
